If you are a TEAM looking to register, read on and complete the form below:

Registration AND pledge payment deadline to enter the tournament and receive team Tshirts: Friday, July 14th, 2017. This ensures we have enough time to get your T-shirts printed.

Final registration AND pledge payment deadline to enter the tournament is Friday, July 28th, 2017 at 11:59 pm. Your team may still participate in the tournament if registering after July 14st, 2017, you will just not receive a team T-shirt. You will still have to pay the team registration fee/donation regardless of when you register.

Team pledge is $120 / team for 6-8 players, $20 per player for each additional player over 8 up to a maximum of 12 players. Thus your pledge will be a minimum of $120-$200 for your team however you may donate more to add to your team’s total as we are awarding medals to the team that raises the most funds! Your pledge is truly a donation and ALL proceeds go toward orphan sponsorship whether or not you register in time to have your team T-shirt printed. The T-shirts have been sponsored for all of you!


First read the team formation guidelines on the Team Formation page, then fill out the form below.
Each team MUST have a minimum of 6 players with at least 2 males and at least 2 females on each team. Team maximum of 12 players. When registering you agree that your team will be present if needed to play a game at any point during the ENTIRE duration of the tournament which could run from about 12pm-8pm. If you need to arrive late or leave early, you’re automatically eliminated. Once eliminated via a match, you’re obviously able to leave without consequence. We will do our best to have an extra court to play rec volleyball games.

Before you start, you will need the following information for your TEAM:

  • Team Captain name and contact info
  • Team Name (no inappropriate content/innuendo)
  • Team T-shirt colour (see choices in drop down menu below)
  • An image file to use as your team logo. (GIF, PNG, JPG or JPEG)

For each TEAM MEMBER you will need to collect:

  • First and Last name
  • E-mail address
  • Their standard adult male T-shirt size: Small, Medium, Large, Extra large, Double extra large, Triple extra large (please contact us if you need larger).
  • Prior volleyball experience

Please also read our Liability Waiver here. By completing this registration form, you agree to the terms of the liability waiver. Your team members will also have to sign liability waivers on the day of the tournament.
